WANTED! MP3'S

SO I finally got back into an exercise routine and am loving it! Thanks to my friend Melnda who got my can out of bed at 6a.m. for about 2 years when we lived in Philly--getting up early and getting it over with is by far the best way to go. I don't go for the kid drop off because 1. Drew hates it in there, and it is very hard to sneak out. 2. The ladies who work in the babysitting room are all these old smoker chicks with no teeth and they are quite frightening. 3. It is such a pain to get your kids ready, snacks ready, get them in there--by the time you do all that, who feels like working out? 4. THe last time I dropped Drew off they put him in time out because he went down the slide on his belly feet first. The scolded my child for something that I taught him was a less scary way to go down the slide. He wasn't even 2, and I don't think he has ever been to timeout before--well now he has, but back then I thought it was a little much. So, needless to say, I prefer 6 a.m. --I have more energy throughout the day. The hardest part is going to bed at a decent hour so I can get up that early--and for all those who know me, I am a night owl!
So, what I need from you are some good work-out music suggestions. I'm getting quite bored of listening to the same music over and over again, and I need to download some new tunes. I love to do intervals, so it has to be some good upbeat music.--I love R&B. Here are my favorites that I'm getting tired of--so please give me some good feedback! Thanks!

Car Found!

We recieved a call from the ALlentown Police that our car had been found and was towed to a tow yard. After we went to sign a release from the police department, we went to take a look at the car. As we waited behind the locked fence, I saw the car and it brought me to tears. They had completely stripped the outside --the fin, both headlights, front fender, and then when we went to look at the inside the trunk was all pulled out, and the console in between the seats, and the gear shift was just a stick. All of our belongings were still in there, and the car even started. ALl they wanted were a few parts, but it was enough to destroy the look of the car. My car looks like she doesn't have any eyes, like they sucked the life out of her! On top of it, I have to pay $300.00 to get it out of the tow yard, and I also recieved a parking ticket--which I refuse to pay. Today at church everyone was so generous offering us their car to drive, and Audrey's primary teacher has 3 cars, and was trying to unload one. SO now we have a Subaru, and hope that we can figure out a way to get our car out to sell it for parts.
That was the car I bought right after I got home from my mission. It was the car that Owen and I had when we were married, and I taught him how to drive a stick shift. It took many road trips to SoCal. It was the car we hauled on the back of a U-haul all the way from Utah to Philly. It was the car that I drove for 3 years with 2 little car seats in the back. It was the car Owen drove to Dental School for 4 years. We have a lot of memories in that car, and it was very hurtful to see it destroyed.

Stolen Car!

Yes, 4 years parking in North Philly and all we had stolen was the ash tray out of the Honda. Now, living in a nice little community in ALlentown, we had our little Honda stolen right out of our driveway. It's gone, and there's nothing we can do about it! What is wrong with people????? It's so sad because it has been such a good little car--we've had it since we got married, and for years we had 2 little car seats in the back. I've been feeling really sad for my car today, and hope she is alright. I know it's weird, but we've had her for so long, that I think she has feelings and she's feeling alone and scared right now. If we get her back, hopefully she won't be destroyed. Unbelieveable! At least we have the van, but for now, Owen will have to hitch a ride with someone to work.

Tribute to my little Man!

We celebrated Drew's second birthday on the 19th of December. It was so much fun to celebrate it with friends and family while in California for Christmas. In the morning we let him open his big gift--Geo Trax. Drew loves choo-choo's! He had a train cake and we even played pin the nose on Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer. After his party, he was graciously handing out a personal kiss to everyone. If you don't know Drew, here are a few little fun things about him.
1. He has many nicknames --Dude, Dewey, Huey, guy, my man, Dew, and love child.
2. He loves cars, buses, trains, and airplanes--what boy doesn't?
3. He also love balls-again, what little boy doesn't?
4. He loves his bink--are we ever going to part with it? He calls it his "B"
5. He loves blankies and often carries 3 or 4 around with him.
6. His most favorite person in the world is his Mama--he follows her around all day and has always looked at her with those lovestruck googly eyes.
7. He has multiple food allergies--wheat, soy, eggs, milk and nuts.--stinks and makes for a blah diet.
8. Loves Baby Einsteins and Tele-Tubbies
9. LOves popsicles--"pop-Pop"
10. His nursery worker calls him her handsome man--he really is a cute little bugger.
Happy Birthday Buddy! We love you!
