WANTED! MP3'S

SO I finally got back into an exercise routine and am loving it! Thanks to my friend Melnda who got my can out of bed at 6a.m. for about 2 years when we lived in Philly--getting up early and getting it over with is by far the best way to go. I don't go for the kid drop off because 1. Drew hates it in there, and it is very hard to sneak out. 2. The ladies who work in the babysitting room are all these old smoker chicks with no teeth and they are quite frightening. 3. It is such a pain to get your kids ready, snacks ready, get them in there--by the time you do all that, who feels like working out? 4. THe last time I dropped Drew off they put him in time out because he went down the slide on his belly feet first. The scolded my child for something that I taught him was a less scary way to go down the slide. He wasn't even 2, and I don't think he has ever been to timeout before--well now he has, but back then I thought it was a little much. So, needless to say, I prefer 6 a.m. --I have more energy throughout the day. The hardest part is going to bed at a decent hour so I can get up that early--and for all those who know me, I am a night owl!
So, what I need from you are some good work-out music suggestions. I'm getting quite bored of listening to the same music over and over again, and I need to download some new tunes. I love to do intervals, so it has to be some good upbeat music.--I love R&B. Here are my favorites that I'm getting tired of--so please give me some good feedback! Thanks!

Holly - what good taste you have! Both in music and in your web layout! I was going to choose the same exact one! I might still...

As far as music. The one that always gets me over the 'hump' is Whine Up by Rhianna. You have some of her others but the beat of this one is great for when I'm on the hills during eliptical workouts. I usually play that one over and over for every hill spot :)

If I think of any other ones I'll let you know!

Holly, "Lose yourself" by Eminem, (you do need to download the clean version) can get you through anything. Also a few of the Black Eyed Peas are good, "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns and Roses (stop laughing!), "Two step" - Dave Matthews, Gold Digger - Kanye West (clean version)... I'll have to look on my ipod. However, all I do is run to my playlists and so it may be different than what you are looking for. Music helps me so much in my solo runs. Have fun workin' out. By the way, I was a worker in the child watch at the Y in Philly and I would have taken very good care of Drew... plus, I still have all my teeth.

Wish I even worked out, you're awesome! My workouts right now would be to "The Hills Are Alive" from the sound of music. Nice and slow and "motivating"! Hee hee hee. You go girl! When are we going to meet up before you guys move again? It would be so fun!

You are so funny! You asked a while back what kind of minivan we got, it as a Honda Odyssey. We love it! It was a certified used car that we got at the end of December on a day when the dealership was desparate to move inventory, so I'm pretty sure they didn't make a dime. How soon do you think you guys will be back west? Next time you go visit your mom, let's try to hang out, we live only 15 minutes west of the airport!!!

I just started working out again too! I know, a little backwards to get back into it 6 mo. pregnant. But I take my kids to the Y 'cause I need a break from them when Mark works those 12 hr. days. The Boulder Y is brand new and my kids love the child watch room. Courtney finally isn't so clingy!

I also love Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, Laguna Beach soundtrack is really good too.
